Heya! I’m Kate.

I specialize in disordered eating, and the complex relationships we often have with our bodies, food, and exercise. I also support folks experiencing the lasting effects of trauma, as well as those navigating relationship changes.

I provide warmth and compassion coupled with evidence-based approaches to help you navigate life’s small moments in search of the big picture.

What to expect? Compassion, empathy, and just a little bit of laughter.

Availability

I provide in-person counselling at two office locations:

Mondays & Thursdays - Fairview Office (8th & Fir)

Tuesdays & Sundays - Kitsilano Office (7th & Pine)

I am unable to offer in-person appointments on Wednesdays.

Virtual appointments available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
